We need to check eligibility before rendering services. We have an in-house redundancy approach to double-check and cross-verify every eligibility request. We process every VOB/Auth request swiftly within a few hours.
We analyze and check in detail whether the patient’s insurance plan is eligible for every CPT code and each place of service. We also need to find out if any prior authorization is required for claim processing and if the patient’s insurance plan supports both in- and out-of-network providers.
We handle prior authorization requests to secure the necessary units for each CPT code based on the provider’s assessment and treatment plan. Additionally, we send timely reminders to practices when an authorization is nearing expiration or when only a few units remain for any CPT code.
Claim processing is a vital task to achieve early payment settlement and decrease claim denials. The automated billing software leads to increased claim denials. We have an in-house claim processing mechanism that decreases denials and increases early payment settlement. We segregate claims that can be billed directly through the insurance portal and the rest billed through the clearinghouse.

We compare the number of services rendered with the processed and fully settled claims, identifying any discrepancies such as underpayments or overpayments.
